Absolutely terrific report, many thanks.
Easy to understand and very comprehensive, also covered all my issues.
Although our issues don't sound too urgent, we are very keen to get them sorted to avoid any further leaks and noise.
Can you please provide a quote to do ALL works recommended including the gutter guard if you do this too. Please itemise the bitumen impregnated foam strip install separately.
Please advise asap if you are not in a position to provide a quote.

To whom it may concern
We were recently referred to Blue Sky Roof Inspections by Westpac Insurance when our roof started leaking.
David Bishop of Blue Sky Roof inspections was extremely professional & knowledgeable and provided us with detailed quotes explaining what the problem was and what our options were.
David suggested that we replace the existing chimney flashings with lead side apron flashings. Throughout the whole process, David was always polite, accurate and turned up when as promised. He sent us pictures of the existing flashings and where the leaks were occurring. While he was up on the roof, he checked all the tiles and replaced broken ones. He sent us pictures of his finished work around the chimney. Not only did David do an excellent job of repairing the leaks to our roof, the customer service David provided was really second to none. We have never dealt with someone so good as what he does with such wonderful customer service.
While he was doing our repairs, he was approached by our next door neighbour who also asked him to have a look at his roof. Our neighbour was also delighted with David’s utmost professionalism and customer service.
We would absolutely recommend Blue Sky Roof Inspections.
