​Body Corporate Associations and Owners Committees

Body Corporate Associations usually have maintenance programs in place in order to keep abreast of repairs and damage to their buildings. Many body corporate associations are dealing with two and three storey blocks of flats and obviously these are often difficult to inspect with regard to the condition of the roof/s. Basically they are at the mercy of the various roof tilers and roof plumbers that are employed to carry out repairs. An independent and unbiased roof inspection is a great way for body corporate associations to find out and really understand all of the issues relating to their roofs and gutters etc.
